2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, enrolling in a program, booking a call, or purchasing any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, and that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, both available on our website.

3. Programs, Retreats, and Services

3.1 Offerings

God in Training currently offers the following categories of service:

Online programs (e.g. You Are God — a 5-month transformational program)

Membership communities (e.g. The Inner Circle)

Private ceremonies and healing sessions

Retreats (e.g. Source Immersion Retreat, Sacred Valley)

Digital content, workshops, and events

3.2 Access

Upon enrolment and receipt of payment, you will receive access to your purchased offering as described at the time of sale. Program access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials, program materials, or any proprietary content with any third party.

3.3 Changes to Offerings

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any program, retreat, or service at any time. Where material changes affect a program you have already purchased, we will notify you and, where appropriate, offer an alternative or partial refund at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices for our programs and services are communicated during the sales process. Pricing is not publicly listed on our website and is confirmed on your sales call or in your enrolment agreement. Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to fulfil all scheduled payments for the full program fee, regardless of your level of participation or engagement. Payment plans are a financial arrangement, not a satisfaction guarantee. Failure to complete a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and outstanding balances will be pursued.

4.3 Late or Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to notify you. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the program or service. You remain liable for the full outstanding balance.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Online Programs

Due to the nature of our digital offerings and the personal investment involved in delivering them, all sales of online programs are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted or a payment plan has commenced.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of God in Training. To submit a request, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

5.2 Retreats

Retreat bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. The following cancellation terms apply to the remaining balance:

Cancellation more than 120 days before the retreat start date: full refund of balance paid (deposit retained)

Cancellation 90–120 days before: 50% refund of balance paid (deposit retained)

Cancellation fewer than 90 days before: no refund of balance or deposit

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.

5.3 Private Ceremonies and Sessions

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled private session will receive a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

5.4 Memberships

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period. Annual memberships are non-refundable after the first 14 days.

6. Code of Conduct

By participating in any God in Training program, retreat, ceremony, or community, you agree to:

Treat all participants, facilitators, and team members with respect

Maintain confidentiality of what is shared by other participants in group containers

Refrain from recording, sharing, or distributing any session content without explicit written consent

Not engage in abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour

Take personal responsibility for your emotional and physical wellbeing throughout the program
